End of the Road is primarily a stat based site, however people who dislike stat type RP are free to create a freeform or "Story Based" character. These characters will be limited in areas which will focus on stats (EVP/PVP) however are free to attempt these things so long as the other players involved are fine with doing a freeform battle. It should be noted though that whilst these characters are not confined to stats, they are still confined to levels of common sense that go along with these.
